Where the price of goods has increased since the date of your order you will be notified accordingly prior to goods being dispatched. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy as set out in this clause. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. *Where Goods are returned, provided that they are returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, complete and with the original packaging we shall exchange or provide a refund of the price of the Goods. All items that are exchanged will incur a new delivery charge at the then current rate, unless they are deemed faulty by us, in which case no further delivery charges will arise. Refunds for items bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. If the Goods you received are faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You will then be advised on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 working days from the day after receipt of the faulty Goods to return them to us. If the Goods you received are not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the Goods ordered / received and whether you require a refund or a replacement. For all returns you are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage and condition at point of posting. Paul Vogel Bedlinen cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been lost or damaged in transit. All returns should include the original invoice for the goods (though you are advised to keep one copy of the invoice for your own records) to enable us to process the return as quickly as possible. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

6. We aim to deliver your order right away, subject to availability. The shipping and handling of small and medium parcels is via The Royal Mail and larger parcels is via Parcelforce. We reserve the right to request additional postage fees if the need arises and the costs are not fully covered or omitted on this website. 7. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. If you have made a mistake when placing your order and wish to change the shipping address please contact us as soon as possible.
